When I woke up this morning to take my sisters to piano, it was RAINING!!!!! I absolutly love the rain! what about you?

I started to doubt myself as I walked up to their door. Alice said that Emmett liked me, but Alice has, well Alice has never been wrong. I raised my fist to knock on the door, when Edward opened it. "Oh, Rose... Um hi." He said with his hand running through his hair. "Hi." I said. I should let you know Edward and I have some history. Firstly he is Alice's brother. And he and I briefly dated. Very briefly. He is currently dating my other best friend Bella. I think Edward feels bad that I haven't dated since him. " I'm here to see Emmett." I told him. "Oh well he is, um, well, he is still out from last night." he told me. "Oh! I assume you're out to see Bells?" I asked him. He smiled brightly, "Ya, I am." "Ok, well have fun!" He left and I walked into the boys living area. Emmett was passed out on the sofa. He oddly enough had a book on his face, which I carefully picked up. I closed it and look at the cover,

I giggled, so he did like me! My giggle must have woken him up, because I heared a handsomely groggy voice say, "Rosie? What are you doing here?" I turned to face the sofa when I realized I still had on my silly heart shaped sunglasses he gave me for Christmas just a couple days ago. I moved them into my hair like a headband and said, "Well, I wanted to give you something last night, but apparently you were in a rush to get back here and finish your book." I smirked and held up his book. He looked at it in my hand and his jaw dropped. "I, uh, well I was just...." He sputtered off. "It looks like it paid off." I said. "What?" Emmett asked. " The thing I wanted to give you, well here it is." I said. I then sat down on his lap and gently pulled his face towards mine. "Happy 2010!" I whispered and then I kissed him.
